1. Cancellation Policy for Consulting Appointments If you need to cancel or reschedule a consulting session, we require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will be rescheduled without penalty or fully refunded.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session fee.
2. Refund Policy for Services Because our services are advisory, educational, and involve the immediate transfer of knowledge and time, refunds are handled under the following conditions:
- Unused Services: If you purchase a consulting package or service and request a refund before any services have been rendered, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Completed Services: Once a consulting session has been completed or administrative services have been actively rendered, no refunds will be issued for that specific service or time rendered.
3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us directly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
